Canapé Workshop

In our canapé workshop you will learn how to make entertaining look easy. Our chefs will teach you how to select bite-sized dishes of deliciousness for a balanced menu appropriate to the occasion, how to assemble in advance, and how to dress and present your food to make it look extra special.

We will demonstrate all dishes, and will have done some of the more boring prep in advance, but the course is designed to be fully hands on and you will prepare (and eat!) every dish.

Recipes will include meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
